Dart has a variety of properties, including tags, assignees, statuses, and more. You'll be able to adjust the individual settings of each one so they meet your project's unique needs. (These properties are sometimes referred to as "fields" in other tools.)
The easiest way to bulk-edit across all properties is to go to the settings menu on the left-hand side of your screen, and choose "properties":
This will allow you to see and adjust default properties and to create custom properties. You can hide specific properties, make them appear in your tasks by default, or change their appearance.
Under the tags property, for example, you can add or delete tags, change colors, and add sub-items:
Each property has its own customizable options to explore. You can decide to have whichever you like visible within your dartboard tasks.

Only the Assignee, Status, and Tags properties are shown by default. The others start hidden.
Custom Properties
If the default properties aren't enough, you can always create new ones. To do this click "New property" on the settings page for Properties:
