Filtering
There are various filtering options that can help you trim down your tasks to only see the most important ones for your project.
You can find the filter icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the application. Once you click on it, various filters will show at the top left of your list, board, calendar, or roadmap.
Once your filters are visible, from the top left of Dart, you can filter by status (To-do, Doing, In Review, Done, etc.)
You will also see the option to filter by assignee:
Need even more filters? Click on the filter icon and choose even more filtering options to help you customize your view:
Once you've chosen one or more filters, a Reset button will appear on the far right. To remove your filters and try different filter variations from scratch, hit reset.
Sorting
Aside from filtering, you can also sort in Dart. No matter your layout, you'll be able to sort via Title, Due date, and Status by ascending or descending order.
The Sort icon is at the top left of your layout screen (two up/down arrows). It appears next to your filter values:
In roadmap and list layouts, you can also choose to sort various columns. To do so, hover over the column you would like to sort and click on the column's title to reveal a pop-up menu with sorting options:
Filtering and sorting in My tasks and Views
Filtering and sorting capabilities are also available in "My tasks" and "Views".
Click on My tasks in the left-hand column. You'll find filtering and sorting icons at the top right of your My tasks view:
To filter and sort in one of your views, click on the Views icon (also located in the left-hand column), choose your view, and filter and sort via the columns at the top left of your screen. If you hover over the sort icon, you'll reveal a menu of sorting values:
In both My tasks and Views, you'll be able to sort by values such as Title, Dartboard, Due date, Tags, Assignee, and Status:
