With Dart, you can go beyond basic task management. Using Dart AI, you can get more tasks done by assigning it tasks so you can be ahead of the game.
For example, you can task Dart AI to:
write a blog post
draft an email
generate marketing copy
develop a written plan
generate images
design a prototype
make a mock figure
Use Dart AI Task Execution
First, start by creating a task or clicking on an existing task. Then, click on the assignee and choose Dart AI. As of now, Dart AI can best handle writing or design related tasks, although its capabilities will continue to improve.
Note, for existing tasks, you may already have another assignee associated with the task. To swap the current team member/assignee for Dart, simply click on the swap icon beside the Dart AI assignee option:
To use Dart AI to work on a new task (or subtask) for you just click on "New task" or "Resume draft" in the top left. For the assignee field, choose Dart AI.
β
Pay attention to the comments of the task (or your inbox) to check in when Dart AI has completed and turned in its work. Once assigned, Dart will respond in the Activity section of the task, letting you know it's working on the task:
When it's finished, it will link to a doc or image that you can go to in order to edit as desired:
If something is beyond the scope of capabilities for Dart AI, it will make note of that in the Activity section of the task as well:
That way, you'll know if you need to rephrase the task title or assign another team member to the task.
