New Task

There are a number of ways to create tasks in Dart. The simplest is to click the “New task” button near the top left of the screen. Then simply give the task a title and any other information and click where it says “Create task”.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut C to create a new task.

If you want to add multiple tasks simply click the “Create more” toggle near the “Create task” button to keep on adding more with ease.

Quick Add Task Creation

In addition to the “New task” button you can also add tasks through the quick add area directly in the main view. To do this just click in the empty row right above your top task while in the Board view. There you can keep adding tasks and pressing Return or Enter to submit each one.

You can also access the quick add area by using the shortcut Shift + C.

Dart also supports pasting in a list of tasks from somewhere else. Trying pasting in a bulleted list inside the quick add area!
