Spaces are an important part of the Dart hierarchy. Use a space to arrange workflows or for different types of project work.
To create a new space, go to your lefthand column and hover over the SPACES title. Then click on the "+" icon:
A space contains two main items:
Dartboards organize various aspects of a project (and their respective tasks) all in one place. Doc folders centralize the documents associated with a project.
To create a new dartboard or doc folder in a space, hover over the tile of your space and click on the "+":
Making changes to spaces
If you would like to change anything about your space - including its name, settings, and more, hover over the space title and click on the "Space options" icon (three dots):
Click on "Configure space":
This will reveal an entire menu of options to help you customize your space:
There are four basic space settings:
Basic (name and describe your dartboard before getting started)
Sprints (enable/disable sprints)
Reports (pull standup or changelog reports)
Sharing (search and toggle on permissions to share your dartboard with certain team members)
From Space options, you can also replicate your space, or delete it entirely.
