Add comments to task to fill in details, announce updates, and tag others

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Once you've created a task, you can begin to leave comments on it. You can use comments to communicate about the project or to alert team members to new documents or images added to the file.

Comments will appear at the bottom right of the task window:

Anyone can leave comments on a task, however, once they do, they will begin to receive notifications about the task as more comments are left or tasks update.

You can even tag people in tasks, using the "@" functionality. Once someone is tagged, they will also begin to receive task notifications.

Dart AI will also leave comments and tag users in a task if they are assigned an aspect of the project. The AI will tag whoever gave them the task, and, if applicable, link to and attach any document or image it creates right in the task as well:

You can reply to comments either by adding a comment at the bottom of the comemnt chain, or by hovering over a team mate's comment until the "more" icon is revealed and clicking on the "reply" icon:

While you can't delete or edit the comments of others, you can delete or edit your own comments. To do so, hover over the top right of your comment to reveal the "more" icon and click on it, then click "delete" or "edit."
