Ensure that the default date property is enabled in settings → properties

Create a template task (including subtasks, any details, descriptions, etc.) that you want to make on some cadence

In the parent task, click on the date and click 'Set repetition' at the bottom. You could set this to once a day, weekdays only, once a month, etc.

Dart will automatically open a new copy of this template task on the cadence you specified
